The site is an old grainery building and the redevelopment plan includes maintaining the historic structure of the grainery and utilizing it to build out a maker space/incubator/co-working facility to spur support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the community.

Infrastructure

The site is approximately 20 miles from the nearest interstate highway. It is adjacent to a BNSF railroad. It is across the street from future transit hub/TOD site.
